    BODY COMPOSITION TEST

    The first visit to our fitness studio is followed by the biometric analysis of structure of your body. The research conducted by us shows:

    • • Gross weight of a body;
    • • Muscle, fat, bone mass;
    • • Total amount of water in body , value of mineral substances;;
    • • The analysis of degree of an obesity – definition of an index of body weight, a ratio of fat and muscles;
    • • Analysis of a ratio of muscular and fatty masses: analysis of separate extremities, torso, buttock;
    • • The number of the calories consumed by your body in a static state;
    • • Amount of the visceral fat.

    EMS TRAINING:

    • • Only 20 minutes of your time;
    • • In 20 minutes with our qualified trainers, you’ll accomplish more than you will reach after hours in a traditional gym.;
    • During EMS workout in BodyLab Fitness you will carry out either dynamic exercises or static exercises which will be shown by the trainer. At the same time the suit with electrodes through which bioelectric impulses move puts on you. That allows to involve all groups of muscles during one workout. It does EMS training much more intensively and for this reason, certainly, more effective, than regular trainings in fitness club.
